Our vision is to create a more equitable society where people have greater financial security through homeownership.
Our Legacy
We have been helping people become homeowners since 1994. With our building and funding partners, we have built more than 3,300 homes and supported over 6,500 people with down payment support.
The Ready Program is how Options for Homes delivers on its mission of making homeownership attainable for people with a range of incomes. The Ready Program provides access to up to 15% down payment support.
